Withdraw
Withdraws at The Rock came without any limits or fees of any kind.
You can, in any moment, ask to withdraw your funds in any currency at info @ therocktrading.com. We can perform the withdraw manually in less then 24 hours; if we are online, in minutes.
Note: for each currency we have ATMs available, which can let you withdraw some of your funds automatically. Please read on for more information.
For security reasons we don't leave big amounts of funds available to our ATMs, so if you need to withdraw big amounts, you still need to ask us via email. We will not refuse to withdraw your funds, but we want to do it manually, for more security.
Second Life Lindens
Second Life Lindens can be withdraw automatically using The Rock ATM in our HQ at Buttermere Region.
Any new user start with a 0 L$ daily limit. Contact us to have this limit changed to anything that may suite you.
Bitcoin
To withdraw bitcoin you need to be enabled. There is a daily limit, too, as any other currencies at The Rock, if (and only if) you withdraw through the ATM. Be aware that if you withdraw a small amount from the ATM, you risk to run into the "small, low-priority transactions must pay" code, which force you to pay a small fee. If this is the case, the fee will be charged to you.
USD
To withdraw USD contact us at info @ therocktrading.com.Dwolla
If you use dwolla, which do not charge any withdraw fees inside dwolla, specify the withdrawl amount and your dwolla ID, when requesting a withdraw.
EURO
Bank wire transfer
To withdraw EURO contact us at info @ therocktrading.com specifying your name, address, Account number/IBAN and SWIFT code, plus the amount you want to withdraw.
There is a cost of 2€ per withdrawal. Outside sepa area please ask for costs.
