Digital Arbitrage

This new company will do arbitrage transactions between various exchanges. Focus will be on Bitcoins but, we do not exclude lindens opportunities.

Paci Barbarossa wrote a new software capable to do automatic arbitrage between various exchanges. Right now we are testing it between The Rock and Virwox and, subsequently we will include MT.Gox and other major only platforms. During this first phase we will work both manually and automatically with the objective to scale down our manual input as much as we can.

Paci will provide more detailed information about how the bot works.

How we are going to utilize funds? The main trick to do arbitrage which requires to buy and sell simultaneously, is to maintain enough deposits to keep the system operative.

Therefore, your funds, will be utilize for deposit only and not placed at risk unless for the following reasons:

One or more exchange goes belly up.. (we will stay only in proven exchanges)

Bitcoin or Linden will terminate their existence or will be declared illegal

Our job, aside an initial direct intervention in the arbitrage process, will be to move funds between accounts ( eliale) and improve our software capacities (Paci).

This is why, considering the low risk, The Rock Insurance will provide its insurance coverage at IPO value less 3% commission in case of bankruptcy for all outstanding shares.

Dividends: 100% payout on a monthly basis

Total Issued shares: 5.000.000

Total shares for IPO: 3.000.000

Price per share: 1 linden each

IPO fees: 3% in and 3% out

For our new investors, please remember you can always sell your owned shares during IPO paying an exit fee of 3%. When IPO will be over, standard trading fees will be 0.50% in and 0.50% out.

Your lindens will be immediately and gradually placed at work.
