THE ROCK STOCK EXCHANGE
The Rock Exchange will be recognized as an Elite exchange. Aside our funds, which comes with automatic full insurance guarantee at IPO cost less commissions, from time to time we may consider outside companies to be listed here. However, only insurable companies with A or B rating grade will be consider it.
Shareholders will have exclusive benefits such as the lowest trading fees available in the market (0.50% in and 0.50% out), Additional insurance coverage with preferred rates vs other exchanges, and much more to come!
THE ROCK FUNDS
From time to time The Rock may issue a new Fund or an IPO.
Difference of our system is that you may sell your units even during the IPO process and not remain locked for an amount of time defined by the seller.
Also, if the Fund is already in activity, you’ll get dividends if any.
When the fund or the IPO is sold out, it will be tradable on our exchange.
All our Funds comes with a full insurance coverage which will protect your investment for the full amount of the face value less commissions.

THE ROCK INSURANCE
This is our historic division. We can protect your deposits! At a fraction of what you are making from these institutions, we will provide you with insurance coverage. If your insured investments are lost due to bankruptcy or fraud, we will cover the insured amount.
In order to determine the cost of insurance, we apply a strict rating system based on our research into conditions at the Financial Institutions and their cash positions. The poorer the rating, the higher the insurance premium will be. We are hoping that our review system will motivate Companies owners to be more transparent regarding their businesses. However, ratings do not guarantee your deposit, which is why we encourage you to purchase our coverage!
The Rock Insurance Co. will always maintain enough capital to cover the bankruptcy of the largest company we are willing to cover.
